TaviChat terms of use

1. What TaviChat is

TaviChat is an app for talking to the projects you have connected. It holds three kinds of conversation: notifications from the project, a private conversation with support, and the project chat where everyone talks.

TaviChat holds no accounts, no money and makes no payments. All of that lives in the project itself. Here you only read and write.

2. Who may use it

Adults only — 18 and over. By connecting the app you confirm that you are at least 18.

3. How you connect

You sign in to TaviChat with a one-time code from your project cabinet. No code, no entry: TaviChat has no sign-up of its own, no password and no email recovery.

The code is valid for 15 minutes and works once. Never read it out to anyone and never forward it: whoever enters your code connects their app to your account. We never ask you to read a code out — not in chat, not on the phone, not by email.

4. What you may and may not do

Everyone sees the project chat. So you may not:

give out contacts outside this chat — a messenger handle, a phone number, an email, a link to a site;
advertise other projects, post third-party adverts, sell or buy accounts;
promise easy income or “schemes”, ask people to send money, fish for codes and personal data;
pose as support, as the administration or as another person;
insult, harass, threaten or stir up hatred;
publish other people's personal data without their consent.

You may — and we are glad when you do: ask, argue, complain about the project and about support, invite people into your own team inside the project, discuss withdrawals, deposits, timings and fees.

5. How we keep watch

Messages in the project chat are checked automatically before they are published — first by simple rules, then by a program using artificial intelligence. What does not pass is not published: nobody but you will see it.

Automatic checks make mistakes both ways. That is why the project owner may hide a message that is already published and stop a person from writing — for a period or for good.

6. Reports

You can report any message right in the app: press it and pick a reason. Reports are handled by the project owner; we answer them within 24 hours.

You can also hide a person in the app — their messages stop appearing for you, and they are not told about it.

7. Deleting your account

You can delete your TaviChat account in the app: Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use the page tavi.chat/delete.

What is deleted is the chat account and all conversations. Your account in the project itself is not touched — these are different things. Messages you wrote in the project chat stay there, but without your name and picture: otherwise other people's conversation would fall apart.

8. What we answer for, and what we do not

We answer for the app working and for your conversations being kept safe.

We do not answer for what other people write to you, or for decisions you make on their word. Nobody in the project chat speaks for the project, whatever they claim. Messages from the project arrive only in Notifications and in Support.

The line can break: the phone, the network and the notification service are not ours. The only reliable place where you can see your money is the project cabinet.

9. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will show it in the app before you write your next message. By continuing to use TaviChat you accept the new version.
