Delete your TaviChat account
The easiest way is inside the app: Settings → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, delete it from here.
How to do it
- Open the cabinet of the project your app is connected to.
- Press “Connect the app” — an eight-character code appears there.
- Enter it below. The code proves the account is yours.
What exactly gets deleted
- the chat account and every phone connected to it;
- your private conversation with support and all notifications;
- your marks, reports and hidden people.
Your account in the project itself is NOT touched — these are different things. Messages you wrote in the project chat stay there, but without your name and picture: otherwise other people's conversation would fall apart.
